Absolutely filthy. First room hadn’t been cleaned, changed to a different room which apparently had been cleaned. The only thing that had been done was the beds had been changed. Work surfaces were dirty with drink stains, there was muck and dust everywhere. 10 year old cobwebs in the windows. I complained 4 days ago and still haven’t had any response, so also appalling customer service. Would not recommend, looks nothing like the photos online.

Hotel in an excellent location, easily reachable on foot from the Gloucester road tube station, with supermarkets, ATMs, pubs and restaurants nearby...my room was small and the services were very basic, recommended especially for those who want to visit most of London of the day and return to the hotel only for the night. In my room there was no hairdryer and no water boiler. Friendly and helpful reception staff

The room was small and dirty. Our bathroom was full of mold and there was no cleaning (also no bin emptied) all week. The room door could not be locked from the inside and despite the fact that the staff was very friendly, nothing happened after a report. Fortunately, there was a supermarket opposite the hotel where we could buy breakfast. Metro and bus stop are also nearby. But otherwise not recommended.

The hotel is good as a location because it has a nearby subway and a supermarket next to it, otherwise, it is terrible in terms of cleanliness, not very comfortable and next to a street with a lot of traffic=noise.
The elevator only goes up to the 4th floor and we were given a mini room on the 5th floor, you had to carry your bags up the stairs.

Excellent accommodation for a couple of nights. All was as it should be. I was concerned when I had read some negative reviews beforehand, but I have no complaints whatsoever. All facilities in bedroom and washroom were more than adequate.

You definitely get great value for every penny spent here! The location is excellent, with great deals and an incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. The tube and bus stations are just a few steps away, and there are three supermarkets nearby, including a late-night Tesco just around the corner. Highly recommend!

Lovely hotel , clean, lots of toiletries, great location to visit the Royal Albert Hall, good value for money especially London, , friendly staff (especially shark) close to the underground so easy to get around. Bed was comfortable and very quiet .
