The location is convenient. The room is small but the bed is very comfortable. But the most painful thing is that there is no elevator and you have to climb the stairs with your luggage...

The restroom is ok. The twin room is on the ground floor with no window, so be careful if you mind. Good service, the surrounding area is safe and quiet. You can reach the station, supermarket, etc. within ten minutes

There is no elevator, so I need to carry my luggage by myself. Fortunately, I only live on the first floor. The room is very small. After opening the luggage, the toilet, door, and wardrobe cannot be fully opened. Basically, activities and meals are done on the bed. The pillows are dusty and cannot be used, but the price It's cheap, the heating is very warm, the shower has a large water column, and there is a hot water kettle. Basically, it is fully equipped.

The hotel is a nice simple one. The room was very small/tight but as a solo traveller it was perfect for my needs and good value. The shower was and bathroom were clean. The bed was very comfy. The room had good curtains. It’s not super luxury but it’s a great value small accommodation for a night or two.

The hotel is definitely not 4-star. Pros: - located in a calm and residential neighborhood walking distance from Victoria station - the rooms are carpeted but clean enough Cons: - The rooms are small but that is somewhat to be expected for Europe. The problem is they will try to give you a room on the top floor where the wall is slanted right above the bed with the curtain taking up space which makes the bed and the room even smaller... the photo is showing the economy double room (queen bed) they gave us the first night - The bed sizes are not as advertized (it will be indicated queen size bed but as you get to the hotel, they will tell you there is no queen in the UK. Fair, but then it should be advertised for what it is) - heating is not controlled from inside the room and there is no indication of that. We fell sick by turning on the AC thinking that the pannel also controlled the heating...

Good walking distance from Victoria train station and easy to find. Secure entry and pleasant ambience inside. My room was on the 4th floor and there is no lift but totally fine. Room was compact but clean and even squeezed in an iron and ironing board. Some finishing inside the shower was a little tired and my room seemed very warm during the night (aircon/heating was quite noisy so turned this off before bed). Walls aren't very thick so I could hear the TV in the next room and their conversation very clearly but overall during the night it was very quiet and pretty comfortable.

Easy check in, friendly staff, clean room, hot water, plenty of outlets. Room is small but so is everything in England. Most of the space is taken up by the bed. Perfect for a one night stay. Was lucky to have a ground level room as there is no elevator.
