We enjoyed our 4 nights’ stay at this hotel! The Deluxe Studio is clean & well maintained. Was granted our request for a room with shower instead of bath tub . The bathroom actually looks fairly new. The staffs are friendly & polite. We had a pleasant stay & we strongly recommend this hotel & it deserves 4 stars’ rating! Thank you!

The room is a suite, with a living room and kitchen outside and a bedroom inside, which is very spacious. The kitchenette is simple but fully equipped. The breakfast is expensive, so we bought groceries from the nearby Waitrose and cooked delicious and convenient meals. The bed is very high and the mattress is thick and comfortable. The room is not cleaned every day, but we have the habit of cleaning it ourselves.
The transportation is very convenient, and it is only 200 meters walk from Gloucester Road subway station. On the left hand side of the door is the Natural History Museum and the adjacent Victoria Museum. In the evening, when the crowds dispersed, we walked to the Albert Hall. The tall street lights shone like stars shining in the deep blue night sky.

Very satisfactory stay experience: The front desk is warm and thoughtful, the room space is very comfortable, the furniture and facilities are of good quality, although they are old, they have a simple texture. The location is excellent, the subway and bus are close at hand; it is also a few minutes walk from several major museums.
