Elegant, upscale, and very well-located hotel. Only 1-2 minute walk from Paddington station and Hyde Park. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. 24hr concierge was very helpful for late check-in. Would highly recommend!

The toilet drains was quite clogged.
The wooden floor makes squeaking noises when people on top of you walks in their room, quite disturbing when that starts around 6am each morning.

This is the 2nd time I stay in this hotel. The location is good, can walk to Hyde Park and have jogging there in the morning. Central line Lancester station and Paddington train station are within walking distance.
The hotel is small, but very nice. I enjoy the breakfast at the hotel.
