A great central hotel in the city. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was varied and really sets you up for the day! Beautiful views over the dock and river. Utterly brilliant. Loved it.

Great view of tower bridge, hotel a little bit old and they didn’t manage to get me a connecting room or side by side although it has been requested 1.5 months ahead

Hotel facilities are old, room amenities is old.
Old school toilets which is not the cleanest and water seem to always get clogged in the sink.
Carpets in the room was dirty.
Attitude of room service staff was not the most friendly upon requesting for water.
Only good perks is the location, whereby it’s right beside the tower bridge whereby you can get a good view of it when it opens.

The towel is situated right by The Thames and Tower Bridge , also only 5 minutes walk to Tower Hill tube station which is great , we were on the 9th floor and was quiet , we had a twin room it was comfy but it’s very dated and wooden furniture and dated shower / bath , we were room only but all in all great for location for us.

We had a very comfortable stay in tower hotel. The location is excellent .very near by, to catch hop n off bus.....check in was very smooth.please note this a aged property, bathroom are bit squeezed. Shower operating system was bit confusing..but overall stay was excellent. Restaurants on ground floor are good options to eat.

I love this hotel. Old and need refurbish but the prime location is awesome!! The breakfast spread is just ok. Not like any other 5 star hotels. Their service quite slow but acceptable. Value for money.

Good to the best ห้องพักวิวดีมากกกก แต่ห้องพักเก่านิดหน่อย แต่ไม่ได้แย่ สะดวก Near the train station ติดกับโรงแรม มีค่าเฟ่ และร้านอาหารมากมาย เดินไปสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวสำคัญได้

Had a 3 night stay and everything was wonderful, the hotel is clean, located in a prime spot, service was great! Special shout out to Nelson who is ever so attentive to the hotel guests.

The hotel was ideally located to where we had to be. The hotel is very art deco and steeped in history. There is not a bad view, over the docks or Thames.
Food was excellent as was the attentive staff.

I don't know whether it was the door of the next room or the fire door that kept opening and closing the noise until 2 o'clock, and the sound was very loud. It started to be noisy again at 6:30 the next morning, and I couldn't sleep peacefully. No matter how good a hotel I stayed, The most important purpose is to have a good sleep. This is the worst hotel experience I have had in London in recent years.
