The Tower Hotel exceeded all my expectations. The hotel's elegant ambiance, coupled with its modern amenities, created a truly memorable experience. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The hotel's proximity to major attractions made it easy to explore the city. I will definitely be returning to The Tower Hotel on my next trip to London.

Room with view of tower bridge is a must. Could sit all night and just watch out. Hotel super clean. Concierge very friendly and helpful.

Location and service was great, room was not ready by 5pm but we were provided free drinks at the restaurant beside hotel (Vicnity). Room view was perfect, looking out at majestic Tower Bridge view. However, cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved.

We stayed for 2 days. Location is great with nice view to the tower bridge. . Room is old and small. All basic needs are available with kettle which is a pleasant for European countries. Overall staying is fair.

Staying at the Tower Hotel offered the best view ever, creating a truly memorable experience. The self-check-in process was necessary due to the high volume of people, which could be a bit challenging but understandable.
One area for improvement was the housekeeping service, which was slow in responding to our requests. However, aside from this, everything else about the stay was satisfactory.
Overall, the breathtaking view and the overall experience at the Tower Hotel made it a memorable stay despite some minor service delays. I would recommend it for the view.

Very accessible to major attractions of London. Walking distance to the Tower Hill metro station. The rooms are spacious complete with iron, something is not common for the hotel in Europe. The only downside is the lift is always busy
