Good hotel, excellent location, near the Thames river. But booked room can't see Thames.

nice location for uber boat and most of the places you can walk stay for 4 days,room was good ,clean,but not very big,it was glad to stay there

Good breakfast with outstanding environment and service The room conditions is bit old . furniture and curtains should be replaced and renewed The location is perfect and near all attractions in London

Bad service charge me £200 for not reason

Hotel room not as grand as appears in photos. The room is quite small and the Wi-Fi connection is not working properly. Breakfast options was limited to english breakfast choices for hot meals and others are pastries. It is walking distance from trafalgar square and very close to embankment station.

It was very good stay i really recommend it to anyone that wants to stay in London

Really friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Comfortable rooms and so quiet for restful night. Really enjoyed the breakfast selection and lovely terrace to relax with a drink. Great location from which to enjoy London, would highly recommend

Brilliant hotel in central location!!

Lovely hotel

The transportation is very convenient. It is next to Corinthia, Raffles and other hotels. It is not far from Trafalgar Square and Parliament Square. The Thames River is on the east side and Whitehall Street is on the west side, so the surrounding environment is very good. Because it has been open for many years, the building itself is very distinctive. The hotel service is very enthusiastic. Every afternoon, staff will come to ask if there are any other needs. The hygiene and equipment can be improved. The bathing equipment is a bit old, and the air conditioning is a bit slow. The breakfast is very rich, and I eat the ones I like every day. The staff and the guests staying are very polite and modest.

The hotel is in a very central location. Big Ben is right next to the hotel, and it is very close to all the attractions. The price-performance ratio of this hotel in this core area is absolutely first-class. The hotel service is very good, and it helped me upgrade from a Queen Bed to a King Bed for free. I stayed there for four consecutive days and basically visited London. The hotel provides free bottled water, the Mini Bar is also free, and the breakfast is very rich and impeccable. In addition, the hotel's restaurant is also good and the price is not expensive.
