One of the best hotels in London. Centrally located with an impeccable service.

Very helpful doormen, clean rooms, however small sized even relative to other London hotels at similar price level. At check out, the experience wasn't expected from the reception staff. Definitely won't go back to the hotel again.

The hotel location is close to shopping area. Check-in staff was nice and she endeavoured to offer the room type i preferred and invited me to take a shower at spa when the room not available yet.

I don’t speak English. The staff were very friendly from check-in to check-out. The room was very clean but there was no night view from the balcony. The location was relatively quiet and the stay was comfortable. The food in the hotel restaurant was also good😊😊😊

The room is clean, has a small balcony, and the bed is comfortable. The food in the hotel restaurant is good. The disadvantage is that the room space is very small, too ordinary for a 5-star hotel, and the price is too high. Overall, the hotel is lower than expected. It is a hotel with ordinary decoration and facilities, but the lobby is more distinctive, the reception service is good, and the location is excellent.
