Air con wasn't working properly and the room was absolutely stifling hot!!! We were provided with a fan... which helped... but only a little. Who wants to hear a fan blowing all night??
I have NEVER been so uncomfortable in a hotel room.. ever!! We stayed for 3 nights. The room temperature was 30 to 31 degrees.... each night. That is unacceptable and I will say that this spoiled our stay in London. If you are considering this hotel, then confirm with them that there is proper air con. In my opinion this is basic stuff - Message to the Hotel Owners, sort this out!

Room is small and only good for one person with poor view. Location is excellent and breakfast is good

The room is small and quite old ... most importantly the room is not thoroughly cleaned, can see dust on corner of the bed sheet and pillows, around the closet door as well.
The room is super noisy too, can hear clearly next door talking and TV sound , also noise from outside of the hotel .
