The hotel was in a lovely building with easy access to many tourism attractions. Nice neighborhood; within walking distance we could get to Regent Street and Selfridges. Good option if you are here for shopping too. Restaurants are good. Staff was polite.

I can't make up my mind about what I like most at Brown's Hotel but the staff is definitely up there as a top contender. You don't notice them until you do, like at breakfast as you are looking around the table for something to scoop up your eggs with and a whole tray of fresh Croissants and other goodies is already being paraded your way. Drinks at Donovan's are perfect, concocted by Italian mixologists. Dinner at Charlie's is a civilized affair, casually elegant. I had a great massage at the small but solid spa. We stayed in the Sir Paul Smith suite and the decoration is impeccable, homey, and a bit over the top in the right way. Great understated service, the concierge will get you a table anywhere. I avoid the drawing room as it is packed with Afternoon Tea people from early afternoon until late but that's just not my thing. Everything else about this hotel I love. It's indeed pricey, but it really delivers on all accounts.

Location, Location. Walk 20 minutes or so and you are at Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Sq or Piccadilly Sq. Great location. The staff are equal to or better than the best in the business. Carefully listening to their clients always helping and guiding to create a one of a kind experience which is all I ever try to build. Charlies Restaurant has amazing food, Dover sole is excellent. Donovans Bar is a great spot for a after dinner drinks and snack. The drawing room has live piano most days, Afternoon tea is a popular event and The Drawing room has excellent service for this need. Lastly the staff overheard we were going to the Chelsea V Liverpool match in Chelsea. Late that evening when we arrived home we found a Chelsea FC hat and scarf for the event, beyond thoughtful!

We had an amazing time during Afternoon Tea at The Reading Room in Brown’s Hotel! Akshay and Simone provided amazing service and explained everything very well. The sandwiches, the scones and the pastries were all very good. We will definitely come back in the future!

The ambiance was absolutely spellbinding, and the tea experience itself exceeded all expectations, providing a truly remarkable affair. The sandwiches were exquisite, with the salmon standing out as a particular highlight. The raspberry macarons were simply unforgettable, leaving a lasting impression. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to return for another memorable visit.

Traditional English tea was incredible, on arrival they noticed we were Spanish and pair us with lovely Maria who explained the options of different teas and made us feel like at home. Simone continued looking after us and we had a wonderful experience. We were celebrating my birthday and the brought a little sweet with a candle and sang me happy birthday, super sweet. No doubt I will return 🤩🤩

I love afternoon tea, and The Browns’s Hotel tea was among the best. Lefter and Fifi were wonderful; personable, professional, efficient, friendly, and just fantastic in every way. And the food and tea were fantastic as well. Concierge folks were also incredibly helpful. I absolutely recommend tea here!!

What truly sets Browns hotel apart is its exemplary service. The staff are not just attentive but genuinely warm, embodying a level of hospitality that is increasingly rare. Every request is met with a smile and a sense of urgency, making you feel like a treasured guest rather than just another visitor. Special mention to hotel staff Paolo and Vince who is very polite, friendly and always greeted us with a genuine smile
