Our experience at the Montcalm Mayfair was nothing short of exceptional. Elegant, impeccably clean, a fantastic atmosphere and above all a stunning good service. A heartfelt thank you to Kelly, Amy and Akmal who made our stay a very special one. Every interaction with them and with the other staffs reflected a true committment to guest satisfaction. Highly recommended and yes, we will go back there!

Montcalm Mayfair Autograph Collection is a brand new and very unique hotel in a favourable area of central London, and I had a wonderful and memorable experience. Aquiles at reception was very much matching with the refined atmosphere of the hotel, and ushered me to my room on the 3rd floor, during which we had a lovely chat. Upon entering the room, he opened the room's TV door, with the screen saying my name, together with elegant music. I'd never had such a welcoming experience before. The spa was brand new, and all the furniture, mini bar products and bath amenities were artistic and luxurious. My personal highlight was breakfast, where there was a general manager with his staff who were absolutely a delight. The atmosphere there was like high society, and the food was out of this world. This hotel is a gem, and worth staying here if you are looking for a one of a kind experience.

Our stay at this newly refurbished hotel was exceptional. We had several rooms and suites for two nights as our daughter’s wedding was held in The Grand Ballroom. Our stay really was wonderful. From the comfortable beds to the spotless bathrooms offering luxury products. Breakfast was heavenly. The service was stellar. All staff were warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Tamas Jurca who ensured that our entire visit was faultless.

One needs to make sure to read the latest reviews as the hotel just opened after a renovation. The property is stunning, the service outstanding! The property is in a quiet street. Do note not all rooms are available as some furniture is missing. I have tried many hotels in London and this one going to be my number one choice.

Amazing stay! Beautiful hotel, inside and out and so close to shopping and restaurants, yet when you walk through the doors theres such a relaxing atmosphere. Staff were so attentive and welcoming, with so many personal touches. Decor of the hotel is out of this world, rooms are so comfortable and quiet. We popped to the spa area, again, so relaxing... and nice treat after a busy day sightseeing. We loved our stay, and hope to return soon! Thank you so much!
