My Partner and I stayed for 8 nights. Located in residential area a great place to use as a base and discover the sights of London. Very close to West Kensington Tube. Although the rooms are small we had 7 pieces of Luggage and did not really have any issues with storage as there was plenty of room under the bed to place Luggage. Our room and bathroom was spotless and serviced each day Javed the Manager and his team were always very friendly and always willing to assist. We would definitely stay again. Ali

The property is very clean, the staff were so friendly A big shoutout to Ms. Rojin. She is amazing and very helpful. I appreciate all her help during our stay. The only thing is to be in consideration is; the room sizes are really not as the pictures shown! A bit smaller but it’s London tho! 😉 Definitely worth to stay here, very close to everywhere. Cuz the underground is like less than 400m away.

The location is good, close to West Kensington station. Room was very clean and comfy. Everything is new and organized. The bathroom is small, but was very clean too. The reception attendants were friendly, polite and always smiling. I loved everything and if the hotel keep the high quality, I’ll stay in the same place again.

Great clen, modern hotel. quiet area. On street Elec car charging very handy. Staff great and keen to help ie we useed up milk so they hand delivered fresh milk to our 3 rd floor room. Hotel has been renovated. Not the biggest rooms but more than enough

Hotel ben tenuto in posizione buona per visitare Kensington e zone limitrofe. Il quartiere è piuttosto popolare e occorre camminare qualche minuto per raggiungere qualsiasi tipo di locale. Qualche minuto in più se si cerca un locale più che decente. Camere molto piccole e colazione sotto gli standard anche per un viaggiatore abituato a colazioni continentali o all'inglese. Un aspetto positivo può essere il prezzo contenuto rispetto ad altri hotel a Londra. Ma soprattutto la cortesia e la simpatia del personale con cui ho avuto a che fare, tutti molto disponibili a venire incontro al cliente e a risolvere tutte le piccole questioni che sempre nascono quando si è in hotel. Mi sa che proprio questa è la ricchezza di questo posto.

Hôtel très propre. Rien à redire sur la qualité du ménage, y compris sur la propreté de la salle de bains. La literie est confortable. Personnel accueillant, et souriant. Petit déjeuner tout à fait correct. L hôtel est à 5 minutes à pied du métro.
