Really nice stay , staff were good , room was quite large , amenities are really good.

The room is big, very relaxing environment and good for distant travellers who need a bigger room to pack their stuff
The location is a bit tricky if you travel in the uk via tube, better call a taxi or Uber

Excellent location and venue. Looking forward  to come back.

Surprisingly Spacious and well equipped accommodation…..couldn’t really fault it … 
Found it a bit noisy at night though ..  
Staff were all exceptionally polite and helpful as well ,, next time would ask for quiet room !!!

Most rooms in the hotel have washing machines, some with drying functions. The rooms are large. Far from the center of London

很推薦 很寬敞 有廚房 很有設計感 前台服務不錯 不需要付service charge

Highly recommended. Very spacious. It has a kitchen and a sense of design. The front desk service is good. No service charge is required.

Good morning, I'm sorry to share my experience in this beautiful hotel, something I do not often. The hotel is a very well-managed atypical place, accompanied by a sensational team from its very warm, apartment and perfect service! I wanted to thank Cavin personally whom I was able to know for his goodness and professionalism, but also the Rensford lunch manager very pleasant and laughing.

Just come to live. Of course I live here almost every time I come.

good hotel location OK but area not that safe in the evening.
