Good stay for a few days! The people at the reception were nice.
Room was clean, bathroom was okay though. Both were a little small but that’s normal in London. A fridge would’ve been nice.
What I didn’t like was that we had to leave the room key at the hotel. It was rather big. Chip cards would have been nicer. But it was very easy to get the key back since there was someone at the reception 24/7!
Overall a nice stay. Would stay here again.

The hotel is equipped with a bathroom. There is no ventilation while bathing and the room including the bed was full of water vapour. All the walls of the room were wet. It caused my blanket and pillow wet as well.
The shower head is not adjustable and not convenient.
I just stayed for a night. Not a hygiene place to stay. Will not return.

the room has a lovely window, it was nice that i could see the sunset. it’s a bit hard to adjust the shower, but the staff came to explain everything- thank you!

I will just say the conclusion first: IT IS TERRIBLE😡 The room is very tiny and totally different from the pictures in the app:eg in the picture there is a window but there isn't in the room 😭 😭 😭 most important, they charged EXTRA £120 for extra person and said this is an error from the app !!!!!!!! Honestly i will never book that hotel again
