Overall very nice and tidy. Someone will tidy the room every day. And you can store your luggage, so you don’t have to carry your luggage to play. There is an underground and bus station nearby and it is very convenient to go to other places. Also, you can walk to Chinatown on foot for 11 minutes.

The location is good but it’s a very old and small room. The lobby is nice but the room is really too old!! The pillow is out of shape but still using it. The room that I stay is totally not like the modern room that shown in the picture, I believe some of the rooms are Renovated but some still very old rooms like the one I’m staying, not really recommended for the old rooms like this for this price.

Location was good, near Tottenham Court Road station which is one of the stops on the Elizabeth Line from the airport. Bed looks like a Super Single which barely fits 2. Room is spacious though.

Loved, loved the close proximity to transport via tube or bus and almost anything else you could want or need in food and/or entertainment. However, we could not sleep at night as there was constant yelling and cussing of people all night long. We were on the fifth floor and it felt like the people were sharing our room, they were so loud! The hotel could also use some blackout shades or curtains, that is more a personal preference. Staff were wonderful!

The room was very small for being an "executive room" which didn't really suprise me but was still a little disappointed, the small amenities shop in the Lobby was very handy due to me forgetting a phone charger and to get some snacks, didn't get a chance to explore any of the other facilities sadly

Fantastic location but, although functional, the room was very old, the carpet was wet and there was a damp smell throughout the hotel. I travelled for work, asked for a quiet room but the person who checked me in gave me a room on the first floor, in front of the hotel. It was noisy due to vehicle sound and a large truck doing a very long delivery in front of the hotel.

Hotel was exceptionally located - you can't get more central. Even with this, the noise was not overbearing and I was able to sleep well. Staff were all very friendly and the hotel had everything that you needed for a short city stay.
