I didn't stay here. Trip tried to get a refund when I had an overnight delay. The hotel stuck by their policy of non refundable rooms. A token offer would have been appreciated

location very near to kings cross st pancras, hotel upgraded my room to have a private toilet altho i checked in late atnight, good service and comfortable stay for a night.

I live on the top floor. I can smell cigarettes when I enter the room, but it is acceptable. The bed is uneven and has a dent in the middle, which is acceptable. There is no elevator, so the front desk uncle helped me carry it upstairs. I am very grateful to him. The toilet and bathroom are generally clean and not bad. This price also proves that you can't ask the hotel to be too perfect.
