Because they wanted to reduce the use of paper, my family agreed not to receive a receipt (I was not at the counter at the time). I booked the room through trip.com (not my family). Later I was told that the price seemed to be higher than the budget. I asked for a replacement receipt on the same day, and found that the receipt clearly showed that the overcharge was "more than £". 100"; in other words, without us being notified at all, the price was quietly changed from the high price at check-in back to the original price when booking on trip.com, and the overcharged price also showed that it would be refunded to the original credit card account. Nor did we receive any apology? Lesson for us: When paying, you must immediately check whether the price is consistent with the price at the time of booking! Will not stay in the same hotel again
