The room was nice and comfortable, however the walls are paper thin. Could hear talking and doors shutting all through the night

Property located in an exceptional location near Victoria Station. Excellent cleaning. Downside was that we were given room on top floor under roof, no lift, and it was extremely small.

Arrived with our daughter and son in law. They checked in and were given a room on the first floor. My husband and I who are almost 80 were given a room on the third floor. Not the best idea. There was a young man who took our cases up to the room for us. If we had known ahead there was no lift,we would have picked a different hotel. We were given only one key per room. We asked for a second key, and were told no. We got up to our room, and it was the smallest room ever. We had two suitcases and hand luggage. No where to put them. We couldn’t lock the safe, so our daughter went down to the front desk. They gave her a key. That still didn’t work, so she went down to the front desk again. They said they would send someone to fix it. We are still waiting. The only mirror in the bathroom was above the toilet. It was a challenge for my husband to shave straddling the toilet and not having 20/20vision. The bathroom was so small you had to reverse onto the toilet. Our son in law asked if they had an umbrella he could borrow. He was asked to leave a ten pound deposit. There was no phone or clock in the room. I have to say the place was spotless and clean and had a working kettle with tea, coffee, cream and sugar.

Very good location. Nice sized room and bathroom, taking into consideration it is in London. Newly reformed! However, 1st no lift we had to go up 6 or 7 flights of stairs. We got in the room with no electricity. Then I put the kettle on it was leaking. I had to ask for another one. The sink was kinda blocked. The water didn’t drain. There are no tea spoons in the room, no hangers. The phone was not working. The cleaner forgot a bottle of water in the room. They need to improve accommodation management.

Came here for a business stay. Mrs Patel on the front desk was SO RUDE! The most unhelpful receptionist I have ever come across. Difficult to speak to and to understand. Unable to help at all. Avoid at all costs. No manager on site so there was no one of authority to speak with.

Great hotel. We stayed 3 nights over the Easter holidays in a quad room. Lovely peaceful, safe area. Great location for getting to Victoria Station, the hop on hop off bus stops, restaurants, and bars or for walking to some attractions such as Buckingham Palace or Harrods. The staff were friendly, and the room was spotless, the maid cleaned every day. We got fresh towels daily, and the tea/coffee/milk was always stocked up. For London, even though we were 4 in a quad room, it still felt spacious, and the decor was lovely. We did not hear any noise from others in the hotel or outside (we were in a ground floor room). We even had a large window to let in the sun. We didn't eat breakfast here as we were out and about, but they do sell alcohol and it was reasonably priced, which we only discovered on our last day, perhaps a price menu on reception and they would get more business. We were able to leave our bags on arrival as we were early and after we checked out. I would definitely stay again.

I stayed with my girlfriend here as a day hotel for 5 hours. The check in was simple and the staff were polite and helpful, very efficient check in. The room itself was as advertised - small but for the price I paid I can’t complain. The room was more or less spotless, a little stain on the carpet but no big deal. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was very clean and there were adequate amenities available. The only issue was the noise - the walls basically blocked out nothing. You could hear people walk past, you could hear people in other rooms very clear which isn’t exactly ideal. Other than that, the value for money is very good.

This hotel has been recently renovated and looks great. It is in a great location close to Victoria Underground, Train and Coach Station. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from and all nearby and within walking distance. Eccleston Yard is really cute, the Market Hall and shopping area nearby. Walking distance to Buckingham Place and other tourists sites to see in London. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Stayed here for two nights, as others have said the rooms are on the small side but they are very nicely decorated. The beds are very comfortable and our room was very clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Great location for Victoria bus station. Would definitely stay here again and recommend for a short stay in London.

do not use this hotel. the rooms are small and dark. the room was small with no hanging space. the hotel charged us twice and would not refund the second amount. thankfully we stayed only one night and that was enough. staff were not on the ball and were unable to problem solve.

Stayed here for work for one night, lovely little hotel, very central. TV, shower and tea making facilities all great. Hairdryer didn’t work in room but everything else was spot on. Very clean and welcoming, gentlemen on reception was lovely, would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for one night during half term with my daughter. We went to see Wicked at the Apollo Victoria which was a 10 minute walk away. We had a double room which was great. The room was immaculate. WiFi worked fine and plenty of tea and coffee plus toiletries. Gentlemen on reception were both welcoming. We would definitely stay again.
