Customer service was outstanding, friendly staff who are willing to go the extra mile. Lovely room, great facilities and extra touches such as bedtime turn down service with chocolates and curtains drawn.

Elegant hotel on a quiet street in Mayfair. Exceptional service and staff. Amazing restaurant and small but curated and functional rooms. Room was ideal for me as a solo traveler. Safe area for woman to walk alone.

The Chesterfield is an excellent find in Mayfair. The concierge staff were very responsive to my advance questions and requests. The front reception staff were very helpful at our check in and also to our needs through the week. The bar staff were happy and social. Our rooms were decorated well and the beds were comfortable. Location is a short walk to Green Park station, close to Hyde Park, Grosvenor Square and Berkley Square. We were very happy with our stay.

This hotel was our favorite stay throughout our whole trip! The service, staff, and the property itself exceeded our expectations in every way. From the warm welcome to our smooth departure, everything was perfect. We especially appreciated the personalized notes and sweet treats left in our room. You can really tell the hotel staff cares about their job and making their guests feel welcomed. I will certainly be seeking out this hotel for any future stays!
