It was very small. It seemed a little unclean. The staff at the entrance were friendly and available 24 hours a day. It was great that there was a kettle, tea bags and cups in the room.

I really liked the hotel! It is located near Hyde Park, the metro and the bus stop. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the city center (sights). The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. You can leave your things in the storage room if you arrive early or leave late.

The location of the hotel is super, we spent the whole week we lived there walking to the center - it was very nice through the park, it took about 30-40 minutes to get to the Palace.
The room itself is quite small, the bed is also smaller than a regular double, but after long walks this no longer matters! Cleaning and towels were changed every day.
For those who value the convenience of the location rather than the hotel itself)

BED BUGS!!!! The moment we got to the hotel, it looks far more rundown with old furniture/bedding than what the images look like, which was dissappointing. Woke up the next morning with four bites along my right arm and chest. Later in the evening we found a spider crawling along the carpet so figured it was from that, disposed of the spider and tried not to think too much of it. The following morning I woke up with 6 additional bites across both arms, and face and then found a bed bug on my pillow. We immediately killed it, found another bed bug crawling away into the mattress. We were scheduled to check out a few hours later but immediately packed up all of our belongings and went straight to the front desk. We informed them of the bugs and requested an immediate refund for this terrible experience. Because we informed them of the issue "at check out" they refuse to issue a refund. Even though we have stated that we didn't find the bugs until the morning of. Absolutely TERRIBLE. A month later we are still working to get a refund and now have had to partner with our attorney on this. This hotel has no sympathy, no cleanliness, and best of all has bed bugs. You have been warned.
