Location is decent. It’s a 10 minute walk to the tube station. Lobby area is nice but the rooms are small and standard. I don’t know how it’s 4 star

Good spot for train stations and reasonably priced,

The front desk is very welcoming and the service is attentive.

This hotel, a mine, cut off the power to the elevator and air conditioning, and then I lived on the 6th floor with 48kg luggage and carried it down. The key is that the management told me that if the elevator is not repaired well, we will help you to lift it down. The result is no. Then I ordered a pizza. If I didn’t eat it in the restaurant, it would be outrageous. The restaurant didn’t give it to me. Why use it? of? The more I think about it, the more angry I am, really don't live here, there is Hilton next to the Queen station. . This is really rubbish

Welcoming staff, good location. Fitness facilities are outdated / partly not working. The climate control didn't work, so the room was far too warm.

Overall it's a nice hotel. We liked the location and bed was very comfortable. We didn't use any of the facilities during our stay. Our hot water wasn't working properly on the night we arrived. We called reception and someone came down but didn't seem overly concerned or interested that it was only luke warm (if that). He said he would inform at changeover but when we enquired the following morning no one seemed to know what we were talking about. This meant we had cold showers at the start of our trip. We were also frustrated at the fact we had booked that room as it had a bath and we couldn't use it to begin with.Thankfully, it was sorted by the time we returned from our day out on our first full day there.

In an ideal location close to Hyde park and ***** transport, this hotel offers a great breakfast services and rooms and quite clean and comfortable with a nice warm shower in the ensuite. Only a short walk to many public transport options such as Bus, Metro or hop-on, hop off bus service.

Got a room on lower ground level with no windows. The room was nice and big but you could clearly hear the trains with every single passing. Bathroom had cracked tiles, and carpet had seen better days. Something was off with the heating in the bathroom as well. I asked to change my room due to the noise from the trains and my request was accommodated. Small note that the direct dial to the front desk from the room land line did not work, forcing me to google the number and use my cell. New room was an improvement from a train noise perspective, but but sounds from the corridors was on the other hand more significant. Beds and pillows in both rooms was below average. Breakfast buffet was decent, but not particularly impressive.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. We dropped our luggage off in the morning as we had just arrived off the sleeper train from Inverness. The staff at Reception were super friendly and made us very welcome. When we came back in the afternoon to check in, we found to our great surprise that we had been upgraded to a junior suite! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here a few times and we were slightly disappointed this time. Our room was on the ground floor beside the cleaners cupboard and a set of stairs, and had the electric charging points for cars right outside the bedroom window which were used on both mornings we were there. So not the quietest of rooms. Also the throw across the bottom of the bed had a scorch mark in the shape of an iron on it, it would have been better left off the bed. We were out and came back late afternoon to get changed to go to a show but the cleaners had only just got to our room so we couldnt get in at that time which made us need to rush to get sorted and back out in time. The tea bags and milk pots in our room were not replenished during our stay which was disappointing. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would go back, these are just a few blips that could easily be sorted.

Hotel is fine, really a 3 star Hotel. Close to subway which is good but be prepared to walk. Breakfast was convenient. Would not necessarily stay here again.

Location was great for my needs. Short walk to Hyde Park to get an evening walk in and easy access to good restaurants. The bed missed the mark though. Mattress was broken so bad it felt like I was sitting on floor.

A mixed bag - the room was clean and the fitness center was adequate. However, the wifi was abysmal (I don't mean you can't stream, I mean you can't even connect to the weather or any maps apps) and it was quite a walk to most places if there is rain.
