I was impressed from the moment I entered the hotel. The safety of the guests was excellent. The room was clean. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety to choose from. But most importantly, I was impressed with the service of the staff. Everyone was very attentive to the customers.

It was great staying. The location is good, services are great. Only one thing that the sofa bed is not very comfortable.I spoke with the manager, they were eventually resolved issue. Thanks.

Book for kings room but been told arrange our room at LG floor make us feel a bit disappointed. Nice free breakfast and nice bed. Hotel is near station but rough location at night time. Day time also need hotel key card only can enter main entrance.
地理位置属于伦敦一区，但是属于高风险区，虽然靠近地铁站，但是晚上感觉特别危险。酒店设施，早餐和床铺都很不错，但是基于安全考量，不是很推。

Great location at the East End, easy reach to Underground station, also walkable to Tower Bridge. Room is nice and clean, and reasonably new. What I don’t like is the breakfast, the quality is so poor for a 3-4 stars hotel, and especially under Hilton profile. No bottles of water given in the room too, and the reception would give you one for a return of a good review on Google(that’s bribery!) or pay £1 for a tiny bottle. Won’t be going back really….

Very strategic location 2 mins to Alsgate east or 10 mins walk to Elizabeth line.
The room is spacious, and clean very comfortable.

The hotel is clean, toiletries are changed every day, towels and a refrigerator are available and everything needed for a four-night stay is really impressive. And what I like the most is that all the staff are friendly and help us to provide space to store our luggage. Overall, staying here is really wild. Thank you. Greetings from Indonesia🥰
