The indian recepcionists 2 of them have a lack of politeness and respect and a certain attitude towards female guests. I booked the superior 2 bedroom apartment for myself and felt unwelcome by them only.

My family loves this apartment having beautiful room setting and scene in traditional old English building. 3 mins walking distance to a big supermarket and close to tube station as well. All staff friendly and helpful. A gym is also very nice at basement that makes me sweaty.

Very good, especially suitable for living, the room is spacious and bright, the decoration style is simple and stylish, the facilities are complete and well maintained.
