Incredible location and the staff are extremely helpful. We had a 2 bedroom suite that was spacious and offered a lovely terrace. Had to walk up 5 flights of stairs though. Since we were out almost all day everyday we only made the climb once at the end of the day.

Definitely will be back. Stayed in the front facing one-bedroom executive suite, i.e., right above Maddox Street, therefore noise from the street (and from Regent street) is inevitable. Thankfully the street get pretty deserted after 9-ish. Bits and parts of the room is showing its age but nothing too damning. In fact these tiny wears and tears made the stay feels pretty much like bunking over at an old friend's place. The fully decked out kitchen is definitely a plus for a longer stay. Do note there is no microwave machine. The Big Bar is pretty awesome but rather expensive. A cheaper alternative is the convenient shop further down towards Mill Street. No lift! The 3 restaurants on Maddox are good - Patara (Thai), Sakana Tei (Japanese), Hibiscus (Claude Bosi's 2-starred French). And Jason Atherton's Pollen Street Social just a stone's throw away.

We started off very poorly as we simply couldn’t get access to the building, no answer from the buzzer and nobody answers the telephone number provided!! We could have been waiting hours, luckily for us another guest happened to be going out and opened the door, so we could get in. Once inside, we climbed the four flights of stairs to the room( if your not fit and able then you can’t stay here that’s for sure) Eventually we got inside our room, they are spacious and comfortable. Whilst there is a bath, there wasn’t a bath plug, so that’s pointless!! And surely you can atleast provide a tea bag, that isn’t green tea…… We won’t be returning.

Really convenient location, easy check in/check out.. Friendly staff - Will definitely come back - Great space in central London to relax and unwind a stones throw from the main shopping area.. - All amenities working and clean - Only slight complaint was no elevator but there’s only so much space to work with - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here..

I agree with the last 2 positive reviews. We got great communication and service from Ryan on reception. Nice fittings and supplies. Comfy apartment. Bedding and towels highest quality, although bed fairly small. Everything worked ok. Only things I would mention is that despite quadruple glazing and double curtains, that area of London is noisy at night. The shower water pressure is low, which I might have raised if I had been there longer than 2 days. In short we were very happy with the apartment and location.

absolutely terrific location - walking distance to most things London has to offer. The place was spotless and nicely stocked for arrival ( water, coffee, milk etc) . The space flees luxurious, modern for central London. wonderful option to open balcony doors for fresh air. What is really special about this place however is the staff - they are really welcoming and ensure that you are as comfortable as can be managed. Congratulation on running a terrific home away from home.

Absolutely loved this place, the apartment was perfect. The bed and pillows were absolutely wonderful, I loved my stay there. Fantastic location around 10-15 minutes walk to Oxford Street. Lovely variety of shops along Maddox Street. The staff seemed pleasant. Could not recommend enough.

I am a seasoned traveler. I have never experienced anything like this in 35+ years of travel. The suite was not as advertised (did not match the lovely photos online). The space was basically a windowless set of rooms - clean, but shabby and definitely not worth the rental fee. The suite contained only one small window, which looked out onto an alleyway. The furnishings were run down. Harsh lighting everywhere. No elevator (so good luck if you have heavy luggage). No 5 Maddox is a location that is difficult to find (no instructions were sent in advance). I ended up renting another room at an established and reputable hotel for my stay in London.

This is a stunning apartment in an equally stunning location. Clean and stylish and welcoming and helpful receptionist and help carrying bags. There were many stairs to our fourth floor apartment so not great for those with mobility problems. Lovely coffee machine and milk provided.
