Lovely and very helpful staff! Room was exactly as in the pictures and was totally worth it! A bargain for the location as well . Couldn’t have been happier with the outcome and would absolutely recommend especially for a short stay :)

We were treated amazingly by all the staff, they were attentive and helped us with any requests we had. This was easily one of the best hotels I've stayed at in London at a very reasonable price 100% recommended and will definitely be returning

The room was dirty. I emailed the hotel but they said because I didn’t make them aware at the time of arrival there is nothing they can do. We got into the room and then went out only when we returned to rest we noticed. Dirty bathroom. We didn’t use the shower for this reason. The room was small. Very loud outside and disappointed that there is no water given as standard. Overall for nearly 200 pound for a night stay away from here. Find somewhere better cause for the price it was poor.

Overall I would not recommend this hotel. We arrived at 3 and check in was officially at 4. The room was ready, but we were charged twenty pounds to access the room early. No other hotel has ever charged us for less than an hour early when it was clearly waiting for guests. The fire door almost blocks the entrance to the door, so you must shimmy in, one at a time with your luggage to maneuver around it and get inside. The room is fine. However, the bathroom is ridiculously tiny. You touch the toilet paper and the sink when sitting on the toilet. There is only cheap body wash and shampoo/conditioner in one. No lotion or tissues anywhere. And the bed is as hard as concrete blocks. It was the worst sleep of our trip. The hotel itself offers zero amenities. They have no bottled water or machines to purchase anything. And the front desk is of no help at all. You cannot control the temperature in the room at all either. We were hot every night. There is a thermostat, but it is just for show as they have taken away all your controls. It wasn’t even that clean as another woman’s hair was on the sink upon arrival. The location is nice, a few blocks away from two tube stations, but I would recommend finding another place to stay. It’s absolutely not worth it. I would never return.

This is a very good value for money hotel in a fantastic location. Yes the rooms are small (very small). Same applies to the bathroom and shower (my 6'2" son did not fit very well in it!) The room we had was recently refurbished (there was still some work going on in the floor we were on in August 2023) so it was very clean. There's a tube station directly across the road and another on a different line 200m away meaning you are just a few stops from central London. There are a ton of restaurants within walking distance. Final note - I accidentally left my laptop charger in my room and the reception staff could not have been more helpful in getting it back to me.

Stayed here for one night in June for an event at Hyde Park. Booked fairly last minute, as had been let down by another hotel I had booked. The room cost £169 for the night, which seemed fair given the location and the lateness of booking. The hotel has recently been refurbished, and it it's beautiful. The room we had was small, but very clean and modern and very cosy. There was a small kitchen area (sink, hob, kettle and utensils etc) tucked away. We didn't use this, as only stayed for one night, but would be useful if you were staying for a few days. Bathroom was clean and the shower was very hot. There's a 24 hour desk and all the staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Couple of minor downsides - the bed was quite short. My husband is tall and his feet were sticking out the end of the bed. - The lift wasn't working, and our room was on the 4th floor. They did say this was due to refurbishment, so may be fixed now - There is a charge of £20 per hour for early check in, that I feel is very expensive. I didn't mind paying for one hour, but was initially advised it would be £60 to check in 3 hours early. They do, however allow you to leave your bags there. Overall, really nice stay and would recommend.

Very disappointed with this hotel. Bed was like a camping bed with a mattress topper.Very small and uncomfortable with springs popping out of mattress. Thin duvet cover with no warmth. Ceiling had peeling paint and walls had areas with no paint. Very small cramped bathroom . Loose wire draped across ceiling to tv. Very noisy with people walking about overhead. Don’t waste your money.

Aside from the fact that the reception is 10 minutes away from the hotel, staying there for a few days with a few days gap in between was a living hell. The first receptionist was really nice and quickly accommodated us. The second one was a little clumsy but got on his feet to fix our issues. The third was horrendous. We had already checked in the first two times and our deposit was locked within their system until I fully checkout. The third receptionist claimed I had to pay an extra deposit even though I called my bank and they told me the money was still locked. I told them that my mom was waiting outside the hotel so could they at least let my mom who is 55 and is bad in cold weather to wait inside the room while I try to call the bank. The receptionist replied with “good, let your mom wait outside”. He then told me to f* off and get out of the reception when I told him “what’s is wrong with you”. I was not able to sleep in the room I booked and paid for 2 nights. Stayed at another hotel nearby which were more accommodating. NOX might be cheap, but it’s not worth the hassle. Extra note: not all receptionist was bad, just one particular guy who was very rude.
