1. It smelled strongly in the elevator, the smell of sweat was very bad in all the elevators. 2. To get to the room, I had to climb several stairs between the elevators to the room, which was really bad when moving my luggage. 3. Ihad to wait for the receptionist to answer you and she was not always at her desk. 4. Around the window of the room was so dirty that I had dust in my mouth and cough in the morning

Great location and very close to Kensington Palace and gardens. Nice hotel and friendly staff, my room had a fridge and microwave but there's plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Highly recommend!

Polite staff. Brilliant location near shops and amenities. Rooms small but clean and comfortable. Could do with soundproofing the floors above as kept awake by occasional noisy neighbours. Other than that great.

After all, it was a hotel that was almost 300 pounds a night. When I checked in with a large bag at 12:00 in the middle of the night, they said that they would transfer us to another hotel in their group. The key is that no one was allowed to contact me. They asked us to wait for a while and said that they were helping us get in touch. At this time, another couple came and asked if they had any room. The staff said yes, I guess they knew that we heard the waiting couple after they left and told us that they had a room. Well, I'm staying at their hotel tonight. Hehe, I really don't know if they want the guests to stay at will.

We feel like we were sold something it’s not. They took an extra £120 the morning of our arrival which we supposedly got back when we arrived at the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel they said that wasn’t the case and this was extra and we still had to pay the full balance. You apparently get this money back at the end of your stay! When we arrived we had to wait 15 minutes until someone came to the desk to check us in. There was no bell or call point where we could say we’re here. When checked in we weren’t told about where to get breakfast etc. We went up to the room and walked into the smallest room I’ve ever seen. The bed was butted up against the window because there was no room for two bedside tables. The bed was a small double even though we apparently were meant to have a queen bed. The light were flickering above the bed. The bathroom was falling apart and we were too scared to hang our towels up incase they ripped the fittings out the wall. We ended up going downstairs to check we were in the deluxe room and we were told we were. We couldn’t believe it. We then thought we wouldn’t be happy to stay here for another 3 nights so requested a refund. At this point we were told we could have an upgrade to a deluxe room. This made no sense as we were told we were in the deluxe room we paid for!! There was lots of confusion with the refund. The guy on the front desk just seemed like he didn’t want to help and kept saying he couldn’t do it. I ended up calling head office, which unfortunately is just a line they use for a load of other hotels so you don’t even get to speak to anyone who can deal with it. In the end I had to hand my phone over to the guy on the desk so he could tell him to give us our money back. He then continued to deny that the guy on the phone had said that. I was at my last tether and getting quite upset. Eventually we ended up having to pay for one night (at a higher rate?!) and then they would refund us the money there and then. Meaning they completely lied about not being able to do it. Would never stay here again.

When selecting this hotel my friend & I realized for the price we werent expecting a 5 star hotel but this hotel is barely a 2 star. Staff was nice but the hotel is nothing like the photos. Very small rooms. Drapes hanging off the rods. Air conditioning blew all night warm air, absolutely a huge disappointment. Rooms smelled musty, dirty carpets. Tried to move to another hotel but they wouldn't refund our $$. Do your self a favor a book a hotel somewhere else.

Lets start with the positives.. the location of this hotel is just excellent… just a minute walk from Bayswater underground station.. so convenient.. the area around the hotel is also good.. sainsbury, mcd , kfc , tesco all at a minute walking distance and so many nice restaurants around.. The second positive is the Staff at the Hotel especially at the Hotel Reception… so much hardworking.. so friendly and and so so helpful.. the staff at Hyde Park international made our stay worthwhile.. Kudos to them.. all are really exceptional… thank you to all the Staff members Now the little downsides.. deluxe room we had.. very very small rooms.. barely any space to move.. kettle, tv , hair dryer and iron were there.. n other bathroom supplies.. no fridge.. AC was good though initially we had some smell problems from the AC… lift didn’t open directly to your floor for some of the rooms.. so you have to carry your luggage for 5-6 steps.. and the last downside was.. no sound proofing.. on the last day of our stay.. the guy next door talked on phone for an hour or so and we could hear everything.. n when he slept we heard his snores.. so that day we didn’t sleep well at night.. this is my geniun review.. Overall the stay was okay.. made worthwhile by the staff and the location..

The promotion pictures display an elegant boutique hotel and I have been to some of those. I can assure you that this is a place you should avoid. Let me just ensure you that the pictures you see on tripadvisor are in no way representative of what I observed with my own eyes. I should have taken pictures... I was on business in London last week. I did not arrange the hotel myself and did not check up on my accommodations on the web until after checking out. I stayed in room 401 and according to my reservation this was a 'deluxe' room. My room was booked for two nights 10-12 August 2023. I checked in on the 11th of August at 08 am and checked out the same day around 04 pm. There was a 2 feet space around my queen size bed. I have done fair bit of traveling over the last 35 years, and this room will rank top 3 on the list of 'cramped'. There was no sign outside with the name of the hotel, I had to ask at 3 different places before locating it after my uber driver dropped me off. The lobby was empty, absolutely not resembling the online pictures. The reception desk was not manned, I had to shout and someone appeared from a room in the back. This was around 8 in the morning and I arrived delayed to my room booked for the previous night. I had the option to stay with friends, so I checked out the same day after my business meeting in the area. I did use the shower and took part of the breakfast. I can not comment on the quality of the bed. To be fair, the shower was ok. The safe worked. There was basic breakfast in the underground basement which included drinkable coffee. The scrambled eggs were not to my liking, the sausages were good. The elevator had some worrying vibrations and no customary certificates of technical checkups of any kind. I imagine the hostel next door would be a better choice, both from quality and value for money perspectives.

Had a great time. Stayed here for a few days for work in London. Great connectivity with tube station and a lot of places to eat nearby. Staff was helpful. Imran Khan took efforts to make the stay more comfortable.

Stayed here just for one night and thank god it was just that. We booked a club room, and if that was a bigger room, I dread to think what size the cheaper option was. This hotel is clearly neglected, not much care or TLC given. The hotel didn’t even have a sign on its building from the street! The room itself: plug sockets coming out of the wall, shower screen didn’t do its job and water leaked all over the floor, the bath/shower itself is so unsafe to get into - you can’t close the shower screen and step into the bath because then you can’t open the shower screen as you’d be in the way. We nearly slipped getting into the bath respectively, as you have to step in from the back where the bath slopes. Didn’t think my fiancée had to help me step into a bath at the age of 26! Some lights didn’t work in the bathroom, and the lamp in the room didn’t work either. The view from the room was a dirty window and wall where pigeons like to stay. And there was noise all night from pipes/air con units from outside. All in all, no I would not recommend this hotel save for the location. But I won’t be coming back. Sorry!
