Wonderful area to be in, beautiful building and exceptional interior decor and atmosphere. Really hit or miss with the service. They can be nice or some can be in bit of a mood, so I would say the service is a bit inconsistent as well as the room cleaning service. Hit and miss. Would I come back? Probably, but would book earlier so price isn’t so pricey.

The location is in the wealthy area of London, and it is safe to travel. It is a retro hotel like an old Shanghai house. The elevator is the old sliding door type, which is very stylish. The room is small and cozy. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to Harrods, and there are many dining options around. You can stay there for several days.
