I chose this hotel for a business trip, and the experience was great! The wireless network was stable, and the service staff would help solve problems at any time. The location is also very good, and it is very convenient to eat and travel around. I will stay here for business trips in the future.

The hotel is quiet in a busy city, and has a good location, just 500 meters away from Buckingham Palace. The room we stayed in on the first floor had insufficient lighting, and the wooden floor made noises when stepped on. The breakfast department had a supervisor with a very good service attitude, making guests feel at home.

Very nice and elegant hotel, the most central location, but quiet in the midst of the noise, there is a big park a dozen meters away, walking distance from Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey, very convenient
