Location is great. Room size was ok, but bathroom was extremely small. Service was not bad. The only thing we found was not fair is they charge you to store your luggage, I never had any hotel charging me to keep my bags ever before.

My first time here.. strategic location, Room is clean and cozy, nearby Paddington station and lots of shops.. staff are friendly.. Everything about this hotel is just great..

KONUMU ÇOK İYİ. METRO VE OTOBÜS İSTASYONLARINA 2 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Ancak odalar çok pis. Yataklarda uyurken bile sürekli kaşındık.

I have checked in this one for 2 days at the end of the UK journey, previously I stayed at friend's house. At first, I was delighted as the room looks clean, although the room size is small but it is reasonable in price and location, and very convenient to the airport train station. Everything seemed to look good n normal.
On the day of the check out, I found my skin (the part I expose to the bed) starts to have dots and becomes allergic, which I verily believe it is due to the bed bugs of the bed I was using in the hotel. It is unfortunate n disappointed, and also remind me to be careful in choosing hotels next time.
