It is definitely like a business motel more than a hotel situation. I would say the location is pretty good. The bathroom is quite small relatively. But one thing to note is that their bed is extremely comfortable which was completely out of my expectation so well done on this!

The room is very small, but the location is very good. If you bring suitcases, the room will seem crowded. There is free bottled water in the refrigerator, and the wifi is stable

Located in the downtown area, 6 minutes walk from the train station, the room is very spacious, the bathroom facilities are relatively old, but the breakfast is excellent, and it's great value for money.

The room is small and the price fluctuates greatly. The Hilton opposite has no room to come and stay for a day.

It is quiet and hygienic, but the elevator is a bit old, and the gym is small on the first basement floor. The taste and service of the restaurant and bar in the hotel are not bad.

The location is good, the subway is convenient! The room was reasonably clean, but very small! A bit noisy at night with constant police cars and fire truck sirens! The hotel lobby is super small, the gate is along the street, and there are steps. If a lady has large luggage, it will be troublesome! It's a bit reluctant to say it's a 4-star hotel!

General environment but very close to Euston station and convenient transportation

The location is fine for UCL visit. Rooms were small and the shower area is tricky. You will have splashes on the floor towel since there was no curb!

On arrival ask for a £50 deposit incase we wrecked the room, we are 65 and 55 years old, partner wanted cup of coffee so filled kettle only to find it leaking after plugging in resulting in a massive spark from socket and an electric shock , knocking out our electric...rooms comfy but could do with new carpet and fresh lick of paint on stained walls, hard to find an english speaking employee...
