when cheak out,very fat eomen waiter not rurn £2, before cheak in tell me: given £2, so waitet by hat. not right . so people no lived here good,doingthings, not goods. hostel need to change the way.

It was very conveniently located just a short walk from Hammersmith Station. The room was quite high up the stairs so it was a little difficult to get luggage up and down. However, the rooms are clean and there is a laundry room and a water server, so overall I think it's a good hostel.

Good place to stay. Nice staff and lovely location. Friendly and prefect for travellers.

This hotel has very good location, suitable for solo travellers.

Was a alright stay until I seen a dead mouse right next to vending machine, I also never complain but this is just nasty

The hotel didn’t check me in issue with my id but it does not state this in the terms hope they improve as I didn’t get treated very well

Hostel is in a great location. Right next to the underground. Alot of amazing pubs in all locations. The hostel is fine, I booked because the images shower privacy curtains on the bed.... Yeah they didnt have any. The floor i was on had 1 shower only and the toilets, showers I went to where all dirty. The room at night was very hot and had a very small pedalstool fan which wasn't helpful very much. The beds have personal PowerPoint, USB and lights to use. You also need to pay for a deposit for the keycard and towel if you need one. But it's returned after checkout. Will stay again

The hostel is useful for backpackers and solo traveler. There are shops and stations so that you can stay here comfortably.

The hostel is very clean and care ,every bed has its own light and shut ! The staff are friendly! But the bed I booked on the Chinese platform was paid with a Chinese bank card, and they insisted that I use a Chinese bank card to contact their card reader - they hope returning my deposit into the card! I told them it’s impossible that Chinese bank card is used in UK ,and I don’t know English language ,they don’t believe. I saw the guy’s face like to he was saying:if you don’t know English lauguage why you can do your life there? Actually I don’t know Korean at all, I lived there for over ten days by myself! I was scared enough of their transportation system, so I saw my bank card touching their card reader, and I was worried sick! In short,the staff are friendly, but stiff, and I apologized to the guy for cannot to control my temper.

It’s a good place and to easy to get a bus! And hospitality was good. Before the check-in you can get a check in your bag. In a word there is not a lot of food around here. But they have a good pub inside. You can eat Pizza and Hamburgers and chips. It was nice. A bit busy to take a shower in the morning.
