Location of the hotel was superb - very close to Paddington station via the Elizabeth line from Heathrow. Manageable with the luggage as it’s mainly flat roads. Just about 7 mins walk which was great! Lift provided for the rooms and the lobby was beautiful. However room is kinda dark, may not be comfortable for some. Staff were awesome - super friendly and efficient. Mohit was an examplary staff who helped us out quite a fair bit! No daily cleaning unless you stay for more than 7 days - they clean every 7 days. Washing machine is provided which was a plus point! WhatsApp number was provided for easy communication. Check in only starts 3pm onwards and early check in is usually unlikely. Baggage storage is available! Would recommend Native Hyde Park to friends and family visiting London!

Excellent stay! Very convenient location 5 mins walk from Paddington station, great welcome on arrival, super one bed premium apartment with large comfy bed, super large lounge/kitchen/diner (especially for London), practical bathroom with loads of hot water. Kitchen well stocked for preparing own food and well priced breakfast provisions available for purchase. A great base in London which we will recommend to others and will happily return to ourselves.

Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the room was good when we checked in, but no one cleaned it during the three days we stayed, and it was a bit strange to clean up the room and throw garbage. Environment: The nearby traffic is very convenient, very close to the subway station and Hyde Park Facilities: The floor of the room is uneven, and you will feel dizzy when you stand on it. The shower in the bathroom cannot be moved, which is quite inconvenient, but the room is well lit, there are big trees outside the window, and the scenery is good.

It is said that it is an apartment hotel, but it is actually no different from a B&B. No one comes to clean or take out the garbage after staying for five days. It just has an extra front desk than a B&B. A room of 17 square meters is not bad for London, but there is no range hood installed in the open kitchen, and the power of the induction cooker is very low. After cooking noodles for half a day, the water cannot be boiled, which can kill people in a hurry. Kitchens have knives but no cutting boards. It feels like the kitchen is just a decoration, and the hotel doesn't want guests to cook here at all. In addition, the shower in the bathroom is fixed to the ceiling and cannot be moved, and the water flow is very small. It is very inconvenient for people with long hair to wash their hair. What I am most dissatisfied with is the security of the hotel. When I came back one night, I found that the door handle was broken. Although we had a key card, we couldn't enter the room. It felt like someone was trying to break in, but it didn't work. The hotel does not have dedicated maintenance personnel, only two front desk personnel on duty, and they have not been able to fix it for a long time, saying that the maintenance personnel will not come until the next morning. Later, under the guidance of my husband, I managed to open the door. In short, the check-in experience does not match the price of more than 1,700 yuan a night. The only advantage is that it is about a 5-minute walk from the Lancaster Gate of Hyde Park.

Apart from the good location, there are no other advantages. The price of more than 1,700 per night was given to a room in the basement of LG, the price was charged at the hotel, and the service was given at the homestay. There is no house cleaning service for four consecutive nights. I asked the front desk and said that there is only one cleaning after staying for 8 nights. This is the first time I have encountered such a so-called hotel in so many hotels in the UK. Breakfast is not included, and the towels and paper towels are used up. You have to go to the front desk to ask for it yourself. You have to throw out the garbage in the room yourself. There is no microwave oven and only a not very useful oven. Super bad review. It is not worth the price. There are many choices around the hotel for one thousand and one nights, and there is no such thing at all. It really sucks to have to live in this crappy basement! I will never book this place again! It is strongly recommended that friends do not choose this!

The location is superior, 5 minutes away from Hyde Park and 5 minutes away from the busiest traffic. There are also two big supermarkets only 5 minutes away, which is very convenient. The shower in the bathroom is fixed in the middle, which is not very customary.

It's near Hyde Park, and you can't park your car at the gate. You have to check out at 10:00 in the morning, which is a bit early, but everything else is fine.

The location of the hotel is good, one bedroom and one living room, the space is relatively spacious and there is a kitchen for cooking.
