Axiom Park Hotel

Advertised as a 4 star apartment at the very best this is a 2 star apartment. The room was filthy and smelt very bad would not recommend staying here at all. Other than the location being ideal for Battersea park there is nothing else good to say about this apartment and they should not be charging the prices that they do!

Irecently stayed at Axiom Park Hotel in Battersea. The location was excellent—just steps from a bus stop and near Battersea Park, which made getting around London easy. My studio apartment was spacious by London standards, clean and equipped with a kitchenette, a comfy Select Comfort bed, and fast Wi‑Fi. I appreciated the helpful 24‑hour reception staff and daily housekeeping. Noise could be an issue if your window is open, and I did notice some signs of wear and tear in the decor. The deposit process was also a bit slow to refund. That said, for the price, this hotel offered great value. I’d recommend it to those wanting practical and affordable lodging in London.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, which was great to see. Check-in took under 5 minutes which is great. Room was as advertised and decent sized. The cleanliness was poor, as the floors were covered in hairs and dust all over, the table had dry food stuck to it. The shower head kept falling during use and needs to be fixed. All these issues were inconvenient but not serious for me compared to the awful smell of smoke in the corridor. Someone on the 3rd floor was chain-smoking tobacco or similar fumes and the air was unbearably toxic in the shared corridor. This is really poor as it's obviously illegal to smoke indoors in the UK and there is clear signage everywhere. This is also a fire hazard, given the number of flammable interiors in the hotel. I wish the staff had taken this issue more seriously as I reported it around 12am and no one called me or checked in later to say they'd spoken to the other guests.

15 min from the closest metro station, located in one of the newest very lively developments around the Battersea Power station. Minutes from the beautiful Battersea Park. Accomodation simple but larger than usual room and with microwave and small kitchen. Very friendly staff. Excellent value for money.

I booked a room, arrived at the hotel I stayed 15 minutes at the reception waiting for someone, staff came, I checked in, I arrived at the room floor ( -1) completely different from what I had marked, dirty walls, pen marks, spoiled, a lot of dust (I'm allergic) 5 minutes inside the room I started to feel short of breath, I went to the reception again, I talked to the staff sent me to another room, this time! The right room, but it informed me that the room had two single beds but they would join them and make a king bed, okay! I understand this because I'm HSK manager, I arrived at the room on the 4th floor, two single beds, there was nothing putting together, or no topper to make the king bed, I called the reception again 3 times, the 4th time he answered me and said he would give me the things and I would do it for myself .... In short, he went to the room, threw an old sheet on the floor and I slept on the floor with my girlfriend ...... I'm waiting for a return from the Manager because I want a refund, for the lack of professionalism, ethics, and for the problems I had ..... This happened yesterday 20/02 to 21/02 room 408 I did my check in around 8:30 PM
