St Christopher's the Inn - London Bridge

Close to London Eye and Big Ben, friendly staff, very cozy, clean and tidy

The room was not clean even water was outside room one of guest requested to clean but no one did

Staff is good, but there are few amenities and no laundry room.

Good location, large room, but noisy before 12:00PM

Spend the extra £5 and stay anywhere else. Staff were so difficult about check in - couldn’t check in even a few mins early - waited in bar without offer of arrival drink I was promised in my booking - couldn’t leave luggage - customer service and a**osphere both just really poor.

I was with a school trip with one collegue and 17 students. Only one room had a private bathroom , in the 11 bed room the air conditioning was not working and there was a lot of water on the floor the first morning. Room were very narrow, There was very little space to put luggage, and the space between beds was very limited. Some common toilet at the third floor were out of order. Packet lunch was terrible, the sandwich was a toast, with the bread was softned by the ingredientsinside. People at the reception were not kind. Breakfast is good. A positive aspect is the location. The Hostel is well connected with bus and metro to main attraction.

The rooms were clean, the bedding was pristine and the bathrooms too. I want to leave a special thanks to Mami that kept everything clean for us even though people are not as clean as one would like. The staff has been very welcoming in general, Gigi, Ale and the rest. If I had to say something negative is that the bouncers at the pub entrance are really rude they shout and cream at your face and also use a WHISTLE to kick everyone out. I personally believe there are better ways to do that. Once the bar closes you are in for a very rude attitude from the security. I may also leave a Suggestion. Ask your guests what's their business there, travel, work or leisure because when you share rooms with people who work you can't even turn the lights on if you needed. So it would be nice for instance that people who came for work had a room to share among them so the rest can chat, move things around, etc. Breakfast was good, lots of options. It is a lovely gesture to give out ear plugs for the ones who want to sleep through the live shows. Location wise is great. Central London and you can get anywhere taking the Jubilee or Northern line. As many combinations as possible. 750mt to the London Bridge and The Shard and literally in front of Borough Market.
