small room (~6m2), no bathroom door, no noise cancelling (i can clearly hear the man in the room nearby mine snoring lol), yet room is clean, a bit pricey in my opinion.

Extremely shitty place and service. Avoid living here. Stay here for 3 nights and waked up several times by the noises from the road. Told the hotel I got sleeping disorder, especially with noise, they told me I could go to their borough location and use the workspace for free where was very quiet. What a ridiculous logic? And they refused to refund, even though I am really really hard to fall asleep and want to leave there. A roadside room has no soundproofing but made me pay extra fee, is this good? Also the bed sheets were not clean. Disgusting.

It's average to be precise. The check in method needs an update because it seems like people there are avoiding contact with their costumers.

Contactless front desk, access code issued in advance, good location, reasonable price. Can't ask for much for prices like this in London.

Everything was great! Small but very comfortable room equipped with all the necessary services. Independent arrival but very attentive staff.

There was no elevator so it was difficult to carry my luggage up.

Cleanliness could be better, room lighting is dim. But not lost 🧐

This CitySpace room with mezzanine bed is a very awkward stay. The stairs promised to bed are actually a ladder and very unsafe. The kettle had no way of reaching plug unless you hold on a sloped ceiling and actually hold it in air!!! It was hot and instead of both using double bed one had to sleep on sofa! Not ideal and did not say no lift to room on top floor until booked!!!! Not ideal would not recommend this weird room.

Close proximity to Guy’s hospital is what was essential for us. Very convenient, nice restaurants around and shops

Most disgusting place I have ever stayed at! Don’t let the price fool you. I am warning you, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!

Good location. There is no sound proof with the other rooms, it is constantly noisy all day and night. The staff also make extreme noise talking on the phone without headphones.

A budget option to stay in London. My room had windows. The stay was quite pleasant. The biggest issue of this hotel is the street noise. The hotel provided earplugs so that was a very useful addition. But maybe one day they could simply improve the room and put in some noise-blocking windows/screens.

Room was clean and comfortable. The checki-in is too complicated. The fan in the bathroom doesn’t work.

Check in was decent The bed were quite uncomfortable as you can feel the springs through the mattress. Clean and small room Not in a good location for the underground. The bus stop is only a 1 min walk away. Very thin walls between rooms. I can hear the person next door coughing and snoring. Very loud doors throughout the corridor as well. The echo is quite loud of the slamming doors.
