Novotel London Canary Wharf

I would recommend this hotel, especially because the rooms are spacious compared to other hotels in the same price range. Check-in was smooth even with a late arrival, which was a relief. Pros: • Spacious rooms • Clean and well-maintained property • Convenient location with nice views • No issues with late check-in Cons: • Long wait times at the front desk due to only one staff member handling check-ins and other requests • No slippers provided in the rooms

This 4 star hotel is quite disappointed to us . The room assigned to us was flooded with water when one is taking shower. The water flown from the bathroom to the carpet in the room. The hair dryer was not working too. Although the hotel did change the room and hair dryer for us but its caused a lots of inconvenience and wasted our time. Further we can heard dog barking in the hotel!

The combination of a foul-smelling environment and unprofessional, condescending service makes it clear that this hotel does not deserve your time or money. There are far better options where guests are treated with respect and provided with a clean, pleasant experience.“

We have a few places (Malta and Bath) to visit for this trip to UK, we select stayed in Novotel London Canary Wharf as our place when we are in London due to its convenient location. We keep stay in & out during the transition. We requested two twin-bed rooms and hotel tried to accommodate us and although not able to address due to our late check in and hotel is fully booked for some days. Hotel still tried to address our needs and upgraded us to a suite on top floor which surprised us finally.

Only stayed for 1 night but had a really good experience. First impressions were amazing as we were greeted by Francesca who was very friendly and made us feel welcome. She said she would upgrade us to a better room for no added price (we didn’t ask). Everything was very clear and easy to navigate. The room was better than I even imagined with a great view of the London eye and London Bridge. Would definitely return.
