Grenville House Hotel

My experience was very bad. There were Indians working at the hotel. I stayed 3 nights and it came with breakfast. What I didn't like were a couple of things that I will mention below: 1. When we checked in, they shouted at us because we didn't understand English very well, and the card to access the accommodation sometimes didn't open the door. On top of that, they gave us a room on the ground floor with no view. The room was small and the bathroom was very small and very dirty. 2. Breakfast is from 7:00 to 8:45 and there is nothing to eat there, there are only things from charity (toasted bread from Lidl, coffee, juice in open boxes and nothing else). I only had breakfast once, and I have not gone back there. 3. They came in to clean, or rather to check our belongings without any permission. 4. Finally, the last thing I didn't like was the last night before I left, at 4 pm in the morning, the man at the reception opened the door of my room, thinking that I wasn't there (I think he wanted to steal my belongings) and luckily I was awake and I kicked him out of the room. 5. At the time of check-out I reproached him and he said: "I wanted to let you know that you have to leave before 11 pm." 6. Finally, I recommend that you don't stay at this hotel, if you don't want to lose your belongings and live a bad experience and bad treatment.

This is a family-run hotel. There are three rooms on each floor. It is very hard to carry luggage upstairs. We stayed on the top floor. The room has two iron beds and a very small bathroom. The room card was not working properly, so the waiter checked us in on the second floor. There is a small restaurant on the first floor, which provides a buffet breakfast. The hygiene and environment need to be improved. It is the most difficult hotel on this trip. It may be the peak season, the price is not low, and there are still many people staying. The advantage is the location. It is close to the train station and many attractions can be walked to. There are buses and subways at the train station and Russell Square. It is very convenient to take bus No. 17 to the Shard and Tower Bridge at the nearest bus stop. Secondly, you can store your luggage for free. You can leave the hotel in the morning and pick up your luggage in the afternoon. The place where you put it is in the small restaurant. No one is watching and it is relatively simple, but it saves the trouble of taking your luggage to visit.

Very dirty, hair, hair in the bathroom, horrible I do not recommend

There are facilities but the towel bed is not very clean, and there is another window that cannot be closed tightly. Although there is an electric heater to freeze to death, it is basically useless.
