The location and the room itself was great. The hotel is near 2 tube stations and there’re plenty of buses nearby that go to the city center. The setting of the room was more like an Airbnb which was nice, but that being said, there weren’t anyone coming to clean the room or take out the trash when it was full. Another point to note is that the shower was barley warm enough for me and my friend to wash our hair and take our bath. So it was impossible for us to take a hot shower to unwind after a long(and cold) day. There wasn’t any way I could contact the staff of the hotel, so we had to bare with it the whole stay. Overall, it wasn’t bad except the shower part.

I had an absolutely awful experience staying here. For £203 per night, I was shocked to find a dirty, poorly maintained basement room. Everything was broken, the place reeked of cigarettes and dampness, and there was no heating at all—completely unacceptable given the price. To make matters worse, I discovered something disgusting left in the freezer, which added to the unbearable smell. Blood on the walls and no fire alarms. Disgusting and unsafe. The overall condition of this place is disgraceful. It’s clear there’s no care or effort to provide a livable environment for the guests. This is by far the worst place I’ve stayed in London, and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Putting a dining table and chairs as well as a corner sofa (not in any corner) of a room doesn't make it an apartment. I leave this review here since the site where I booked it have just sent me an email thanking me for my review which i did not write. I was in the cellar and the room was adequate for my simple needs though it dod not refect the photographs on the booking website. There was no mobile phone reception. Damp! Damp! Damp! The smell was unbearable, particularly in the bathroom when sitting on the toilet I'd get splashed by a leak above my head. Shower pressure was good, but be prepared to flush half a dozen times. I had asked for a late check out which was given free of charge and without hesitation.

Just wanted to share my personal experience, the location was amazing very close to shopping centre and hide park, located in posh area, reasonable price and affordable rooms. Big thanks to aziz he helped us alot great hospitality by him..
