Really good looking apartment with great sound insulation, kind and speedy staff who sorted any issues promptly. We were on floor 16 which was pretty perfect for new years fireworks!

I do like the location a lot; it's very convenient. Two different tube stations are nearby, and the hotel offers 10% discount for the grocery store around the corner.

Great find in Whitechapel. The bed was a little firm and the cleanliness was average.. I found a strand of hair on my pillow which wasn’t great and the carpet was grubby.. but I managed to stay one night and would return for a cheap stay. Next time I will pay for a better business hotel.

Great stay. Great customer service. Everything was 10/10. Would highly recommend. I will definitely be visiting again :D

Location close to tube station. Walls were very thin, could hear everything from next door down to whether your neighbour was cooking up breakfast. Staff are nice in general, but not the ones that would be willing to do anything additional to help. No washing machine in building.
