The location is very good, right next to the subway station. The breakfast is very rich. The surrounding environment is also very safe. Although the hotel is not big, the layout makes people feel comfortable. I will book this hotel next time

I stayed here for a concert at the Empire. It's a great location, only a 3-minute walk away. However, the room is 11m2 and there is only one towel for two people, and the price is so high... It's too expensive.

This hotel was extremely adequate. It was convenient for my work location and offered a good price, probably because of time of year (price was at £70 per night, competitive with others in the area, whereas it is sometimes a lot more). 123456

Was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Great location for visiting our daughter and great value for London. The room was spotless and bed very comfy although we didn’t have a window to look out of it didn’t bother me at all as we was out most of the time. The breakfast was only £8 and great value and tasty. Will definitely stay here again

Tarek and his colleague are brilliant. The lounge area was very nice and a good area to work in. The room was fine but the carpet was stained but what really lets this place down was the laundry. There were marks on the duvet cover and stains all over the towel when I unfolded it, it also smelt musty.

This is a very good hotel. I was fearing a shoe-box room but it is really not. it's compact but stylish, very well appointed and I really appreciate innovative design. All space is brilliantly used. I would highly recommend, particularly for what we paid for a hotel room in London. Only one small gripe - please could I have a kettle next time.

I really like the Premier Inn Hubs for cleanliness, quiet, comfortable beds and compactness. This visit was spoilt by having a carpet with a nasty looking stain on it. Also cleaning products dripped down glass doors to bathroom, so not wiped properly, were not pleasing. Bed very comfortable. Check in staff (Tarek) very friendly though it took a long time due to slow computer data loading.

We stayed here the year before at the same time so returned as our experience was overall good. The rooms and hotel itself were fab and it was a great place to rest our heads after a busy day. Rooms are compact but we weren't there staying in the rooms for long. Our main complaint was that during the recent cold snap the UK had the heating had broken downstairs, which is where you had breakfast, the front door for the hotel was also always open which meant you were freezing eating breakfast and your food was cold before you sat down. There was no remedy on this from the hotel for the duration of our stay and we noticed that many people didn't return for their breakfast the following days. Could do better.
