I loved my time here. I'm sitting in my room now ready to check out. Staff are very friendly. Stayed in Room 3, it was lovely. Very clean, towels were fluffy, bed comfy. Very central, in a great area. Really looking forward to visiting London in December when the temperature in the city is a bit more my vibe.

Good location closer to Lambeth North tube than Kennington. Friendly staff. Room was very clean. Was worried it might be noisy as above the entrance but it was very quiet… stayed a Fri & Sat. Ample supplies of tea, coffee & there was a sweetie jar, extra milk/ water from the fridge upstairs. The bed was very comfortable, plenty towels provided. The only comments are very dark décor & generally needs a bit of TLC,- one of the bedside shelves was in need of repair, the shower had a leak & the was hardly any water pressure in the bathroom sink. Would be useful to provide information on close cafes as no breakfast provided.

I was a bit apprehensive as the price was amazing for London but I can safely say it was perfect, great location, great clean room with en-suite (towels provided), tea & coffee facilities and a shared fridge outside the room. Would definitely book again.

Stayed 3 nights, whilst on a London sightseeing week. Close to Lambeth North tube station so good access into the City. The room was spacious but tired. Nice good quality towels. Tea and coffee making facilities, and fresh milk in a fridge on the landing. A cheaper option than staying in the city. Two flights of stairs, so not an option if you have mobility issues.

You will be lucky to find somewhere this close to the centre at this price that isn’t infested with bed bugs. Room was lovely and comfy, staff I. The pub were great (the lad from the Channel Islands was proper friendly) great beer in the bar and the Pizzas were great.

I stayed here for one night. My room was a little scruffy in places (mainly the carpet) but large and attractive with some nice period features. The bathroom looked like it had been renovated recently, and was a good size with a proper bath. For me the least appealing thing about staying here was the noise. It wasn’t terrible, but I could hear customers having a drink outside as well as doors slamming within the building. In particular the door to my room (room 1) sort of rattled in the frame when people opened other doors in the corridor. This was a bit unsettling as it sounded like someone was trying to come into my room (they weren’t actually)

La struttura si trova su un tipico pub londinese caldo e caratteristico, lo staff è stato attento e accogliente, la nostra camera si trovava al secondo piano, senza ascensore ma la cosa non è pesata affatto. La stanza era piccolina ma provvista di tutto, Smart tv con Internet, macchina caffè, the, acqua, bicchieri, tazze, caramelle, frigo. Il bagno era piccolo ma comodo. Silenziosa nonostante il pub sotto. Nel frigo fuori la nostra stanza c'era acqua e latte e un asse con ferro da stiro per gli ospiti. Con una bella camminata a piedi si arriva al big ben. Alloggerei nuovamente qui!!

Wir fanden die Zimmer aussergewöhnlich und speziell. Die Zimmer sind zentral gelegen in der Nähe der Tube Lambeth North (10 min Fussweg oder alternativ 2 Min mit dem Bus 59 oder 159 ab Waterloo Tube respektive National Rail). Besonders zu erwähnen: Nespresso Maschine im Zimmer und ein Kühlschrank mit Wasser und Milch (sogar Pflanzenmilch) auf der Etage. Trotz Lage in der Innenstadt Nachts ruhig. Einziger Abzug (daher nur vier anstelle fünf Punkten): nicht ganz korrekt funktionierende Klospülung.
