Great location, easy to travel, subway station, Harrods, supermarket a few steps away, the room is clean and tidy, there is a washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen equipment pots and pans are very complete, the staff is very good

We booked to stay here for 20 nights with a 6 month old baby. In advance of this, I had emailed asking to confirm the suitability of the cot and high chair. I was assured they were suitable by the hotel management. Upon arrival, we found out this was NOT the case, the cot was supplied with a soft pillow and the high chair was unsafe for a small baby. We asked for a safe cot mattress and were provided with a stained old mattress that didn’t fit the cot frame. Completely unsafe and dangerous for a small baby. The property also changed the high chair to other dangerous options, despite a discussion on what is a safe high chair needs to be for a small baby. Perhaps these chairs were fine for older infants but certainly not for a baby. After some discussions with management, who seemingly couldn’t (or didn't want to) understand what is safe for a young baby, we were forced to go and buy our own equipment. We requested to leave the property and were denied any chance of a refund, despite the fact that the property did not supply the advertised and agreed facilities. Eventually we checked out early in spite of this. Furthermore, the beds are not king sized, they are two singles zipped together, the dryer does not work (3+ hours for <4kg) and other advertised services don’t exist (no satellite tv etc). The living room window in our apartment has gaps between the frames so there is a strong draft that makes temperature management a nightmare.

The executive 1 bedroom room with a price 380£ per night didn’t match description and picture on the internet. The given room (703) was on the ground floor (what corresponds with the website description of the “deluxe 1 bedroom”). The given room didn’t fall under the category of “executive” at all. The only window in the bedroom opened into a narrow dark shaft, diameter 1,5 m, you can’t see even the peace of the sky, only 4 walls with loud ventilation installments. Their volume was loud even with the window shut, therefore it would be impossible to sleep in a room like that. It was also impossible to ventilate the bedroom with fresh air (the apartment smelt badly). The small window in the living room looking out at Harrod's Parking lot. (website says this “hotel offer the very best in 5 star luxury London, all apartments face east and west to maximise light” and etc.) The general manager Vitor Medeiros told me that it was the only room available in the apartment building. He offered me 2 rooms in another building (25 min by walk from the booked apartment, in another district, which I didn’t like), one of them was a category below (cheaper and quality was worse), for the second he asked me to extra pay £900, which was ridiculous. I requested that he returns the paid money for the room, and he claimed that he wasn’t authorized to answer these kinds of questions. I asked to speak to another person who is authorised but he didn’t give me any information. I moved to a different hotel, and I did not spend the nights at this apartment (as I repeat, it would be impossible to sleep in). I sent 2 complaints by email but no one answered me.

The apartment was in an immaculate conditions, however as a goodwill gesture we went extra mile to show you another property near by which had another 1 bedroom executive available on the second floor with a nice view of Queens Gate. You have said that you did not like, we then even show you another apartment of 3 bedroom which the price difference was about 450 Extra per night, which I agreed to give you 40% discount on the upgrade fee which again you have refused. Brilliant apartments in the heart of Knightsbridge, literally a stones throw from Harrods. Our apartment was well equipped and thoroughly clean throughout, the concierge and staff also lovely. Some of the furniture was starting to look a little dated, but this in no way hindered a fantastic stay. Will definitely be back.

Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable apartments. Excellent service. So everything is ticking the good boxes. We spent one week there and will certainly return in the future. A special good mention to the Manager of the flats who was efficient and adorable.

Very bad service, terrible manager attitude and the rooms downstairs are next to shaky with all the mechanical machine noise and the carbon emissions were unbearable that I had to cut my stay, the property manager told me if I don't like the room I can leave .. what a horrible statement from property manager!

In regards to your complaint about the the AC outdoor System unit located outside your apartment and the air coming out of the AC unit is located out of the apartment up on check in at around 22 hours. I have spoken to you after your complaint The windows from the apartment are all double glazing which reduce any noise by 80% coming out from outside. I have got an AC engineer the next day to check on the AC, however did not got access to the apartment as DND sign at the door. The same day front office team also spoke with you and you have mentioned that everything was ok. I also have never been rude to you, moreover I have spoken to you very professional trying to understand the problem and trying to help as much as I could and as a response you were nearly shouting to me and also to other members of staff. Great place to stay. Apartment was very large and comfortable. Reception was extremely helpful and pleasant. Close to Underground, restaurants and stores. Safe walking at night.
