Good lounge zone. Free coffee machine good quality. The bedroom was a little small but clean and with everything that we needed. Quiet place to sleep and comfortable beds. Good location to explore London from there. The personal was helpful and nice all the time.

Hotel The position is just amazing with buses and underground to everywhere in the city. Beds are comfortable and the staff is just beyond. They are super helpful and willing to assist you in every way possible. Free hot drinks throughout the day. Very cheap for what you get, that is why I recommend it. I stayed in December 2023 and breakfast was better. This time it was a waste of money. Nothing salty, just tangerine marmalade, marmite and butter to go with the sliced bread. No chocolate/Nutella at all. Brioches and pain au chocolate seemed the ones you buy at the supermarket. I asked (and obtained) a refund and with those 6£ had breakfast at the Starbucks at 20m from the hotel, where you can find other cafes. Also, if you added breakfast before arrival it should have cost less, according to their website. It didn’t, you can buy it at your arrival at the same price so you can check for yourself if it is worth your money. Shower of room 510 leaked. AC hot air didn’t work. They changed our room but it didn’t work there either so we went back to 510 and they gave us a heater which solved the cold problem, but still… Not a cons, but rooms are very small as advertised. I saw people arriving with 3/4 big luggage and I don’t know where they put them in the room. The bigger room has just 2 drawers and a little open wardrobe… Overall my first stay was better even if I stayed in a smaller room.
