Very good！We have a wonderful night. The staff at the reception was very nice！

Nice place to stay, will book again. Close to Subway. There was a confusion on the room availability at first but was resolved finally.

This was a good location to stay in close to west minister abbey and easy walking distance to buckingham palace etc. there was no tea and coffee in the room but unlimited coffee and tea in downstairs lobby. The breakfast was great!

Not to mention the surrounding environment and convenient transportation, the room size is enough for a solo trip, but the air conditioner is a bit broken, and the seemingly useful designs (such as suitcases and storage drawers under the bed) are actually useless because they are inconvenient. It’s easy to forget; the best highlight is of course the all-day free coffee, which tastes average, but is warm and considerate. You can feel a little bit at home here; the breakfast at 7 pounds is reasonably priced and has a rich variety, and it tastes very British.

It was clean and the location was good. Big Ben and the London Eye are also nearby, making it convenient for sightseeing. The inside of the hotel was also beautiful. Unfortunately, it was difficult to connect to Wi-Fi in the room.

The location is very good. It’s very close to everywhere. It’s within walking distance of Westminster Abbey and walking distance of Big Ben. It’s very convenient.

The guy at the front desk is okay

The room is small and clean, without slippers and toothpaste and toothbrush. But it is very convenient to travel, and the breakfast is very rich for 7 pounds. It takes only a few minutes to get to Westminster Abbey. Follow the navigation to see Big Ben, London Eye, Buckingham Palace, and St. James's Park. It takes about 3 hours, which is more than enough to catch the plane at 3 pm. Also very close to St James tube station. There should be no elevator when you come out of the subway, so you have to climb the high stairs with a big suitcase, haha😊 The lights in the room have many modes, I like it very much.

Excellent location, good service attitude, average room facilities

It was convenient because major tourist attractions such as Big Ben, London Eye, and Buckingham Palace were all within walking distance. I had a large room and the air conditioner worked well, and everything was good, but they provided shower products that could be used for both hair and body wash. This product doesn't bubble well and it was a bit disappointing, so if only this was improved, I think it would be a perfect accommodation!! I had a good rest👍👍

The room is clean, tidy and comfortable, very convenient. The environment is good, the transportation is convenient, and the service is very attentive.

The location is very good. Westminster Abbey is on the right hand side of the door, St. James subway station is on the left hand side, and Buckingham Palace is on the way forward! Hotel room is small. Breakfast is ok.
