The listing on trip.com clearly says with windows and posting a complete different room type of photos to intentionally deceive users probably 🤷🏿 asked the staff abt it after checking in this room located in basement. At first she said we didnt say theres window, until i show her the description on trip.com… she simply replies theres window, the one on the roof lol
But the room is clean in general, and very easy access location, lots of shops/supermarkets n eateries in 5mins walk.

Easy location. Not busy at all. Very central to London hot spots. Great breakfast each morning.
Other than being extremely small no windows, it was alright for a few hours of sleep.

went for a 1 night stay in london. location was great. i didnt book for breakfast in the morning but they still gave me which i appreciated it very much. although the room was a bit dusty but the location is great! would totally recommend it even for the price

It's London, so be prepared that rooms are extremely small. But it does the job. Breakfast has a good selection. Staffs are very helpful.

Really nice hotel in a very good location. The room met my expectations. I wanted a quiet room and I got that. I was also able to check in early which was great. One thing, the water wouldn’t heat up in the shower. But other than that I’m quite happy.

Very nice and clean hotel; looks modern and tidy. Location is good as well; near the train station and shops, The room that we have is Cosy Double with Window. It is just the room space is tiny but overall a nice experience.

Room is very small, no toiletries. Location is ok, 5 mins walk to Earls Court station, buses are available 24/7. Overall the hotel is very beautiful and modern.

Great check in experience. Room was fine. Cleanliness was good, but furnishings looked tired. I don't like the idea of the power getting switched off before 10am. Expediting a departure is one thing, but this aspect seems rather rude...

There is no kettle in the room, hot water has to be fetched by the front desk. Live on the first floor, no windows. Others are acceptable

In general, a good hotel if what you are looking for in London is a place to shower and go to sleep. It has a tube stop nearby and you can access any part of London without problems.
The hotel is modern, no carpet which being London is amazing, the rooms are small but functional. Ours had all the controls modernized on one panel, the air worked fine, and the bathroom was as clean as you'd expect.
The breakfast buffet costs 9 Pounds which for London is fine, it does not have a great variety but it does the job.
On the downside, the daily room refresh was basically changing the bins and hopefully making the bed. If you do not request it, they do not change towels or sheets or clean until supposedly the third day, which in our case did not happen.
The hotel reception is 24 hours and the treatment depends a little on the person who touches you, in our case we highlight the Receptionist of Canarian origin who was very pleasant and professional.
