The rooms are quite small, with barely enough space to accommodate two pieces of luggage comfortably. The breakfast selection is very limited and does not offer good value for money, so I would not recommend paying extra for it. They also don’t do room service. That said, the location is excellent - just a short walk from Earl’s Court station, making it convenient for getting around in London.

Very nice hotel , but bed was smaller than average double and duvet didn’t actually fit bed . When we come into hotel staff was actually sitting at lounge tables having a chat and eating not a good impression.

Absolutely shocking made a complaint haven’t even been acknowledged, no window which was not stated. 1 pillow each not 2 , nothing good to buy like quick snacks have to go on to town shocking will not return because ignoring complaint rather that taking responsibility for leaving previous persons dirty laundry hanging around

Have a brilliant start aside from the one lady on the check in and check out . Same lady . She comes across not very accommodating and not friendly . When we check in she just talk very fast we don’t understand . And when we Check out she comes across very rude . I felt that she should be more friendly and accommodating and also more clear on her explanation as on the front desk .

Hair Dryer was broken and sink was a bit blocked with stuff coming out of it from the previous user. Other than that the LED lights were cool and the price was decent for the location.

Overall, my stay was great! The reception was welcoming, and the room was nice and comfortable. The price was absolutely amazing! However, there were two issues: one of the skylights let in too much sunlight, and there was no way to block it, which was inconvenient. Also, the TV kept freezing and probably needs maintenance or adjustment. Other than that, everything was perfect, and I really enjoyed my stay!

The room was quite small, especially for a couple. To the point where had to take turns getting dressed in the room but we managed. Room was clean but very basic and could have done with more plugholes to increase options for charging our devices and other electrical products such as toothbrushes, hairdryer etc. Service was very pleasant and helpful and the location was fantastic. Earl's Court was 7 minute walk away where we had access to plenty of bars, restaurants and the underground station.
