We enjoyed our stay from start to finish - from the parking, to the staff, the room and breakfast in the morning, it was an excellent stay!!

The service was slow. The atmosphere needs improving as doesn't suit the wealthy Hampstead location. Food tasted nice but not much on the plate. The portions were very small and no sauses offered. I had katsu curry which was priced the same as wagamama however no way as good. Not sure if I'd go again.

We found this hotel to be in a great location for the underground (close enough to the centre) and in a nice neighborhood. The hotel itself was modern and nice. Our family room was great (one large double and one single bed). Breakfast and the kids meal we ordered at night were all delicious. Staff were all really nice and really helpful. We'd definitely stay here again when visiting London!

Lovely hotel in a great location. Rooms as you expect from a Premier Inn, spotlessly clean, great facilities and a comfy bed - staff really friendly and helpful. Plenty of choice at breakfast, and food available throughout the day in The Social. Great location for exploring, close to the northern line, with Hampstead and Camden within easy walking distance. Would recommend.

Check in machines would not work all all the staff advised was to complain. WIFI codes would not work and again all the staff advised was to complain. Could not find me on the list for breakfast. Poor service from staff
