It is within walking distance from Paddington Station, making it easy to go sightseeing and shopping. The hotel staff was very kind.

The staff were lovely. The room was very adequate. It was on the smaller size, but perfectly normal for the UK. It was nice and quiet. Very convenient for the Metro and bus stops. Lots of restaurants. Negative would be the bed pillows, ours were very hard, and no hand soap in the bathroom. Maybe we could of asked for some, but didnt, just bought some to use.
Overall, not bad and would stay again.

the taps in the bath room were very loose.
The toilet seat was also very loose. This should not happen.
room was ok but did not realize I had to climb 4 flights of stairs with luggage even though it said floor 2. ( not)

Good hotel to stay in for a weekend trip. The location of the hotel was convenient to get around the city due to it being to close Paddington Station. The front desk lady was helpful and friendly and let us know if we needed anything. Keep in mind the size of the rooms and bring your own bathing items. Overall, a good hotel to stay in to explore London.

The room was very small but very clean, otherwise it was fine. It would have been nice to have a breakfast available. The staff were very helpful and friendly. good central location.
