Very close to Hyde park and Paddington Station. Can enjoy the fabulous park in fall and different cuisine around the area. Would be great if can provide chair or suitcase holder in the room.

There is no elevator. I live on the first floor. The room is very humid and smells of moisture. The quilt has no scent. The toilet paper is of poor quality and no paper towels are available. The breakfast is okay, the restaurant faces the street, and transportation is convenient.

Excellent location, very friendly and nice front desk staff. Room was pretty small but the price was right, bed was comfortable, hot water in the shower, quiet at night.

It is a good location near Paddington station with a number of good restaurants. I am very fond of La Meena. Check in was easy, the shower has good water pressure. The rooms are small but that is expected in a building of that age and location. But it is clean and there is reliable wifi, and it was quiet. There isn't a lift so you may end up climbing many flights of stairs. I am able to do that but not everyone can, so consider asking for a room on a lower floor if mobility is an issue. Otherwise a good place to stay if you are busy doing things.

Made to feel very welcome. Very helpful and accomodating staff. Moved to ground floor room as had heavy luggage - without asking. Beds very comfortable. Good shower.

Amazing find. Not expensive for location. Staff welcoming and smiley at checkin. Room clean and compact and modern. Breakfast more than adequate with freshly prepared fruit too. Would definitely use again. And… windows that actually open to have a choice of fresh aid!

Very small shower but I think that was just my room. The breakfast was £14 but very nice. I was up on 3rd floor with no lift
