Go to the Beaumont with beautiful people, excellent dining at the Colony, afternoon tea is good as well. Grand bathroom with D.R. Harris shampoo to pamper yourself, remember to borrow the FT weekend for reading, it elevates your knowledge to great London.

Our experience was completely ruined by the fact they wouldn't accept cash, for me I like to travel with cash and not card as I have had card fraud previously, it is a disgrace this hotel wouldn't accept legal tender and caused me a great deal of embarrassment this morning when coming to pay, i have been using this hotel since first coming 4 years ago all the time its literally my favourite hotel and we spend a lot of money their our bar/ food & cigars bill was £1040 just for the evening we have no issues with that but sadly we won't be returning to this hotel now due to it been cashless, we should avoid all companies that don't support cash is our sovereign right to use.

Fabulous Hotel, everything about this hotel was excellent. The staff are friendly very knowledgeable and helpful The location is great too, walkable to lots of restaurants nearby and the concierge recommendations were excellent too. We had a special occasion whilst there and they allowed us to use their car to be taken to the venue.

Stay was exceedingly pleasant. Although it took a bit for them to prepare the room, the staff was kind and attentive throughout. The room was in pristine (and renovated) condition and exceedingly quiet. Breakfast and the team at the spa was lovely.

A very welcoming young lady showed us to our table in the lovely room. The atmosphere was perfect…busy with people giving but not loud. We was served very quickly with a lovely glass of champagne and a lovely afternoon tea. The sandwiches were delicious and we were grateful to be asked if we wanted anymore which we obviously said yes to. The fillings were very generous too. The scone and cakes were also very tasty and enjoyable. I also thought that the pricing was reasonable which in these times is another massive selling point to me. Great quality for a good price. All the staff we came across were friendly, helpful and welcoming. My only criticism would be that the cup I had my tea in had a crack in it, which I was quite surprised at. I enjoyed my afternoon and would visit again.

Absolutely stunning ..... I had stayed once before many years ago but delighted to have re-found the hotel thanks to their CEO Stuart Procter who is the finest hotelier and professional. Everything about the hotel is stunning - staff, service, care and the ultimate luxury. Its faultless and our room incredible. It leaves most London Hotels standing and will be our new home when in London. The bar, restaurant and all facilities are just special. Thank you for an incredible stay!

Such a lovely hotel, we go for breakfast quite often and occasionally for a cigar on their terrace. We are always welcomed warmly and service is always top notch,. The ground floor toilets are nicely finished and high tech, I walk with a stick and their disabled loo is nicely fitted.

If you’re after a dark, moody cocktail bar this is one of London’s best and despite being small, staff will do whatever they can to organise a seat. Move through to dinner at the grill and again staff ensure a great experience at this grand old dame of Mayfair restaurant. A small menu and excellent portion sizes plus you are given time to linger rather than be rushed out. Fantastic all round.

Exquisite hotel, beautifully designed and attention to detail. Everything about it was understated and classy. The staff were lovely and attentive. The room was comfortable with everything catered for. The breakfast was delightful and the service impeccable. We will definitely return.
